Imran Khan is a leader of a political party in Pakistan who used to be the prime minister of the country. He was removed from his position in 2022 and later put in jail for doing something wrong with money. He says he did not do anything wrong and that the US government was behind his removal. He has a secret document that he says proves his claim, but the authorities are investigating him for leaking that document.

He was kept in a big jail far away from Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan, where he did not get good facilities. His supporters and lawyers said he was not safe there and asked the court to move him to another jail. The court agreed and sent him to a jail closer to Islamabad on Tuesday night. Many people who like him came to see him on the road and threw flowers at him.

He still wants to take part in the elections that will happen in January, but the election commission says he cannot because of his conviction. He wants the elections to happen sooner, but the government says no.
