Synopsis for Ehram-e-Junoon Drama by Geo TV

Ehraam-e-Junoon is a romantic drama that tells the story of Shanzay, a rich and beautiful girl who falls in love with Shayan, a poor and handsome pizza delivery boy. Shanzay tries to impress Shayan with her money and status, but he rejects her advances as he is engaged to his cousin Sajeela. Shanzay becomes obsessed with Shayan and does not give up on him, even after finding out about his engagement. She believes that money can buy everything, including happiness and love. Shayan, on the other hand, is a simple and honest man who values his family and his fiancee more than anything else. He faces many difficulties and challenges because of Shanzay’s obsession and interference in his life. Will Shanzay ever realize her mistake and let go of Shayan? The drama is directed by Syed Ramish Rizvi, written by Jahanzeb Qamar, and produced by Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi under the banner of 7th Sky Entertainment. It stars Imran Abbas, Neelam Muneer, and Nimra Khan in the lead roles. It also features Maira Khan, Ismat Zaidi, Aadi Khan, Saqib Sumeer, Zainab Qayyum, Mehmood Aslam, Birjees Farooqui, Farah Nadeem, Anas Ali Imran, Kinza Bukhari, Fahima Awan, and Mirza Rizwan in supporting roles. The drama aired on Geo TV from 8 May 2023 to 25 September 2023

Episode 1 Synopsis:

The episode opens with Shanzay, a beautiful and wealthy young woman, attending a lavish party. She is immediately drawn to Shayan, a handsome and mysterious stranger. Shayan is a middle-class man who works as a pizza delivery boy to make ends meet.

Despite their different backgrounds, Shanzay and Shayan are drawn to each other. They spend the night talking and laughing, and Shanzay feels a connection to Shayan that she has never felt with anyone else before.

The next day, Shanzay tries to find Shayan, but he is nowhere to be found. She is determined to find him and get to know him better.

Meanwhile, Shayan is also thinking about Shanzay. He is drawn to her beauty and confidence, but he is also wary of her wealth and privileged lifestyle. He knows that they come from different worlds, and he is unsure if they can ever be together.

Shanzay eventually finds Shayan at his workplace. She tells him that she wants to help him achieve his dreams and give him a better life. Shayan is grateful for her offer, but he refuses to accept her help. He tells her that he wants to make his own way in the world.

Shanzay is disappointed, but she is also intrigued by Shayan’s determination. She decides to pursue him, even though she knows that it will be difficult.

The episode ends with Shanzay and Shayan’s paths crossing again. It is clear that they are drawn to each other, but their different backgrounds and beliefs may make it difficult for them to be together.
